FAQs
1). If I owe homeowners dues for 2023 or for a prior year, fees and/or fines, can I order a mailbox?
Yes, however, you would be required to pay your late dues, fees and fines in full. Any amount you pay will go to your balance first.
2). Where do I pick-up my mailbox
The pick-up will be at the Holly Springs Clubhouse, 5468 Holly Springs Dr.
3). When should I expect my mailbox to arrive
We expect yout mailbox will arrive mid-September
4). Will someone notify me when my mailbox arrive
